I want to know if the information written in a contract (that is being signed by Docusign) is accessible to Docusign. In other words, is Docusign able (whether they intend to or not) to read the information in the contracts that I get signed via Docusign.
My question has everything to do with confidentiality. Is the information safe (ie just shared between the parties signing a contract via the Docusign platform) or is Docusign able to read along as the document gets signed by users?
The GT&C remains unpleasantly vague about this.
Simple but terrible important question for me…
