im trying to find out if all previously signed forms are saved (archived) in the DocuSign program?

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
From the moment you have an active Docusign account, all envelopes you receive will be archived in the Docusign cloud unless they were purged by the sender (removed form the cloud). If you do not have an account, they sender will have those documents unless they were purged. All either of you would need is the envelope ID and search it using the following link while logged into your account even if they were deleted (removed from the account but not the cloud):
https://apps.docusign.com/documents/details/{envelopeId}
