I have used this program for years.  As of yesterday I am unable to receive any documents. When I requested to resend a link, the link went to an incorrect email.  My email mispelled.  I can’t figure out who to call or how to fix it.  neither can the sender.  I actually activated a free trial to try and bypass the issue but no luck.  very odd and need some clear simple direction as a lot of my contracts go thru this program.  Sorry don’t understand all the categories.   Please advise.. thank you!!!

If your email was misspelled in the envelope’s signing order, then the sender will be the only person able to correct the typo. They can follow the steps outlined below, to correct their envelope:
