How do I fill out the bulk mail templetes?

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
Is the information that you need to fill out going to be changing for each recipient? If so, I recommend you add any blank fields to the template and change the Data Label of each field to a something easy to identify (Name, Address, etc.). Once you have that, I recommend you download the sample CSV (that will automatically have all of those fields) from there you can fill in the needed information for each of your recipients: Prepare Your Template for the Bulk Send
