I have been receiving reminders to sign a leasing document from an Apartment for nearly one year every week. I contacted them and they said they had done everything from their side but still did not work. How to address this problem? Thanks.

I start a workflow using a POST request to /v2/{accountId}/workflows in an eform. I need to redirect the user to the task that was assigned to the user from the workflow. How can I achieve this?

I created a document to sign, entered everyone’s email address and sent it. None of the emails have made it through. All of them but one are gmail addresses. I have access to the email logs for my email address that it was also sent toand I don’t see anything in the logs either successful or not. Please advise

Is there a possibility in DocuSign to send an envelope back to the sender so they could e.g. delete an uploaded document and resend the envelope after to every signer even if they already signed? We’re currently working with a workaround, voiding the envelope → copying it → resending it with the changes

Can someone tell me what the above message means?  is it just the disclosure that we wont see or does this negate the electronic signature all together.Total Nube here, any information would be appreciated.

Can anyone offer insight on adding two factor authentication? We have been trying for DAYS to add SMS two factor authentication to our license.  We need a select group of people to whom we send an envelope to verify their identity via SMS.  We are stuck in an endless circle.  We are referred by service to sales.  Sales sends an email with a link containing instructions on how to add once logged into our account, but the link they tell us to use does not exist.  We are told to go to Account in the Admin login and in the Accounts view choose Plan and Billing and then buy an Add on.  Add on does not exist as an option. We’ve been told from the Account view to select Identity Verification.  Again, this does not exist. We have been going in circles for days and no one at DocuSign seems to know how to add this to our account.

Is there a way for the initiator of a Powerform to view the progress of that Powerform from within DocuSign.

After I enter my username and password I’m presented with the following - the same user twice. I don’t know why I have two users and I can’t distinguish between them. How can I merge them or delete them or, at least make them distinguishable.

Scenario: We have mail-merged letter agreements (with their name and unique details) for our new hires to sign. Before they sign it, we need our director to sign each agreement via DocuSign.Question: Is there a way to send all the mail-merged agreements to the director for signature in one go, before DocuSign sends the letter agreement and another document to the new hires, who then receive their unique DocuSign envelope to sign?

I’m trying to develop a custom integration between DocuSign CLM and one of our internal applications. I have DocuSign communicating with a few API calls through a set of load-balanced servers past our firewall. During this interaction, I must keep track of which of our servers I began the communication with. This is done with cookies given back to me through the initial authorization call: one from the server and one from the firewall. Both are returned as Set-Cookie response headers. In my DocuSign CLM workflow, I use the HTTPS Client Step to make my API calls and I have the response headers being put into a variable. The issue I’m running into is that DocuSign seems to save one of the Set-Cookie headers but not the other one. It just seems to save whichever it sees first. Is there a way I can save both of these Set-Cookie response headers when I make an API call using the HTTPS Client Step? Thanks!

Hi, does anyone know why I am receiving this error message when I try and upload a file:Error uploading TEST.pdf: DOCUMENTS_EDITOR:UNSUPPORTED_PDF_CONTENT

For an internal audit, I need information on who created specific users and when they were created.I have found the creation date, but I am struggling with the "who." According to information from DocuSign, I should be able to find out who created a user in the Audit Log. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I only find an entry when something has been changed on an existing user. Therefore, my question: Where and how can I find out who created a user?

Everytime I log in, Docusign shows me ‘help menus’. I got this, I don’t need to see it everytime. Its a busy one person office. That slows me down. Can we turn it off? Don’t need reminders EVERY time. See attached photoThanks,Clutter-bug

I have problem to get verification code via SMS I did update my phoneI checked my phone number and it's correct I checked with my phone connection provider they said my number didn't block any messages and messages not send from the sender (Docusign)My phone number code Thailand +66please solve this problem, thank you

There are two recipients who have communicated that they will not be signing the documents. I discussed this with my stakeholders, who told me that it would be OK to not have them sign the documents, and that I just need to place a textbox there with ‘Not Applicable’. To clarify, their names will be present in the document, but will not have their signatures. I attached a file where already one person is shown with ‘Not Applicable’. This was already the case before uploading the document to docusign. I would like to add the text 'Not applicable’ to the 2 empty ones as well. I tried to correct the file by removing the signature and date boxes and replacing them with text boxes, but then it would resend the file. For some reason, I also can't alter them by downloading and editing the PDF for some reason. Is there a more elegant solution for this perhaps?Robin

Looking to find out if anybody is using a regex patter for the numbers in a text box as a validation to only allow user enter max of 10 numbers but is still able to enter less than 10, without being forced to add zeros in front of it if the number is less than 10 digits. And is still able to complete the envelope. Thank you,

Hi one of my witness not yet signed. When i have sent envelop he is not receiving mails from Docusign and he asked me to change email id. However in my envelop i am not able to update his email id. I am a free user and not using any paid subscription.  Is it because of free user limitation?

Hi everyone,Is there any possibility to export dashboards to another environment in DocuSign?I know that reports can be exported, but I would like to understand if the same is possible for dashboards as well. Thanks in advance!

Hi, we operate a bank and need to utalise the in person signing facility. Current process is as follows. Lender will generate documents eg application form or loan contract, print and have the customer sign in person.  We are looking to move to a model where we have a Kiosk Ipad fixed to the desk. The lender produces the documents required, is able to load into DocuSign and send directly to the iPad for the customer to signWhat we don't want the customer to have to do here is to log into their email accounts to fetch the link then sign. We would like there to be a way for us to directly send the documents to that specific iPad, say IPAD-25 or the iPad in a specific branch. We would also be open (but not preferred) to the idea of our staff logging into their DocuSign account to fetch the documents and present to the customer to sign.

Essentially, I have several documents to send out to multiple recipients. I need any one of the recipients to sign any of the documents and have the signature witnessed. Signing Groups appears to let me either have multiple recipients where only one signs OR have witnessed signing, but not both. To make things more complicated, only some of the documents require witnessing (though I imagine I would just need to create a separate envelope for the witnessed documents).

I am editing a template in the new editor and a lot of the fields available in the classic editor are not available in the new one.  When will these features be available and why weren’t they implemented in the first place?Unfortunately the document I am editing is complex and I need to be able to create a template using all of the classic features in addition to the new ones.

Hi all, I signed up yesterday so I could send out documents for SignatureI sent 5 envelopes then received a message saying “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded” I checked my usage details (below) and it’s showing that 5 envelopes out of 10 included have been used Regardless, I went to upgrade my account so I could send all the envelopes required and I received the message below I don’t seem to be able to get through to support in any capacity - click on ‘chat’ and it like a dead button, cant email because im not considered to be on a paid plan, always get logged out, cant pay for a plan… Docusign keeps logging me out and I see ‘auth-error-handler’ words in some URLs (I’ve turned VPN off, cleared cookies + cache and and used different browsers including ‘incognito’ mode in Chrome) I dont know if the trial is the factor that is affecting things?I seem to even been stroking out with the amount of drafts I can create (trying to stay productive whilst troubleshooting)An

Hi, I am wondering if there is an "or" functionality where as I am able to send a document to two people (from one department) but only require one of their signatures in order for it to progress to the next signatory? In other words, I send out documents for signing to different departments but only need one signature from each department but I'd like everyone in that department to be able to have the chance to sign and once it is it goes to the next department. Please advise if there is a way to make this work! ThanksJimmy
