Hello,I received a document that I need to sign, but when I tried to verify my ID card, the person who checked it said that it cannot be verified because my ID card is cracked in the corner. I don’t have passport, so ID card is the only valid document that I have. What can I do to confirm my identity and sign this document?It will take about 30 days to make a new ID card, so that's not an option.

Hello, I have a template for W-8 BEN form and I want to invite people via my app from their e-mails when they fill the form I need a something like callback to save it to my database. I search the API but I cannot find a solution. Appreciate if anyone can help.

Using the same login email address myself and a colleague are sending documents to clients to sign however checkboxes are showing up but hers are not when delivered. Any reason why? Help?

Hi,Is there a way for the sender to view data in a completed envelope but to restrict a portion of the data to not print if the documents are printed? Or to have that vulnerable data redacted if the document is printed? Basically the information would only be viewable from the senders online DocuSign account. 

My DocuSign account says that my Credit Card is expired, this is on our second account on our company account even though the credit card is not expired and the main account is working perfectly. Support has been totally useless first telling me to clear my cache even though this issue is happening on multiple devices and then I have heard nothing. With the level of service I am surprised that DocuSign still exists...

Hello, I created a webform for my company.  Yesterday it was used by an associate.  I was contacted because the webform would not advance to the signing page. I’m not finding anything explaining the issue I’m having.  Anyone have any thoughts?  What can cause this?  Are there any issues with webforms? Any info is appreciated.

I have a question about QES. When first, I want to sign my document with QES, how I have to do this?We have this situation in some cases as notary.Normaly i could find only standard signature, when i want to sign for myself

I have recently signed three powerform documents. It seems as though I have never signed them/ sent them despite the fact that other signers have received the documents. My email address’s inbox has not received any emails upon the completion of the powerforms. When accessing my docusign accoutn, the ‘Agreements’ tab only contains one of the powerforms, and the powerform folder will load infinitely when pressed (so I can’t attempt to view the documents from that folder either).It is important that I download the completed documents, but I have no access to them. What am I to do now? Any help is appreciated.

Hello,at the moment all our DocuSign users can view all other users in our company in the adress book. This is not very useful for us since we mostly send envelopes and documents to external persons or companies. As an admin, where can I find the settings to enable the visibility of all contacts for all users? Each user should only see its own contacts.Best regards,Katrin

Dear Community,we have the case that account holders want to send a document for signing that already contains the signature of the supervisor. However, this manager does not sign the document himself, but his signature is inserted into the document as an image file by his employees. This is the case for many simple standard processes. The manager would not have the time to sign every single one of these processes himself. Is it possible to store several signatures in the employee's account? One is the employee's own signature, i.e. the account holder, and the other is that of the employee's supervisor, which the employee can use if necessary? Hi Community - I am aware that Completion emails can be configured to attach signed (completed) documents as .PDF’s. I am also aware that there is a size restriction on the documents appended to a single ‘completion’ envelope and that if this restriction is exceeded - the default attachment method applies - the document is attached via the ‘link’ embedded within the email as opposed to a .PDF. Is there a ‘standard’ envelope report which captures the ‘delivery’ (attachment) method and whether that is “.PDF” or “via Link”? I have run tests sending via both methods and the envelope report does have a ‘delivery method’ criteria BUT I have sent 2 envelopes - 1 with PDF’s attachment turned ON, and 1 with the setting disabled….BUT the envelope reports BOTH (under the criteria “delivery method’) as “Email”. Is anyone aware of any report(s) that can differentiate between .PDF’s and via Link, Please?

Is it one license per recruitment person who is sending out contracts to employees? Or does a single license cover a set amount of users.How does this work?

I’ve been using DocuSign for a few years. I’m trying to upload documents and getting a failure notice that is unspecified. The document is small and in PDF format. This is how I’ve always uploaded and have tried with past docs that have been successful and with the current docs. Nothing is working. I restarted my computer and it’s still not working. I’m also paid up to date. I look forward to getting a solution. 

I am absolutely frustrated at the lack of customer service with Docusign.  I received notice that my plan was renewing on 12/20/24 with a renewal date of 1/8/25.  I cancelled my subscription on 12/23/24.  I recevied an email stating that my cancellation was being processed.  Docusign pulled $120 out of my account on 1/8/25 (today).  I have tried talking to someone with complete inability to reach a live person.  Its a game of submitting information and all chat bots.  No live people.  I do not wish to renew for the new year.  Please issue my refund now!

I tried signing a document from my school but I didn’t receive a code to my email and when i refreshed everything, I’m not able to go in and get another code to sign. It brings up “Envelope or Account Activation Not Found    

Is there a way to send an alert when an agreement rule fails? I had two days last month where every agreement failed none of the reasons that are listed make any sense. All of my completed documents are supposed to get sent to a share point and unless i review the logs everyday i will not know if one failed unless i specifically am familiar with the particular docusign.

Hi community, I've recently used the template for a Data Sharing Agreement we want to send out.We have the Agreement Template Builder option enabled in our Admin settings but it seems that it’s only working in smaller documents.When I uploaded a two page template, it let me use the Template Builder, but with our 15 page DSA, it doesn't. Has anyone faced this?

We build our templates in our Docusign demo account and import into our live account. In Docusign demo we are experiencing an issue in which conditional fields will stop working. We have to delete the conditional field settings and recreate the conditional fields. Very frustrating as it consumes time. Is anyone else experiencing this type of issue? 

A few months ago, we purchased a 5-seat license for the Standard Edition of DocuSign through TechSoup and were provided with a voucher. However, despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to successfully add the seats. Additionally, our subscription does not permit us to raise a support case directly, leaving us without a resolution for several months now. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue

When I upload a TWO PAGE Word document, it changes to THREE PAGES - as if everything has stretched slightly. The last part of page two moves to page three.If I change the document so that it only has 1.5 pages of text it can possibly fit on two docusign pages.How do I make this stop?
