I'm not sure if this is related to the recent DocuSign update, but a pop-up window appears when users try to approve the document, especially when they need to approve multiple documents. This interruption occurs frequently and can be quite disruptive. Could I check if there's a setting for the approver that would allow us to remove these pop-up windows?

According to the November 2024 Release Notes:
A welcome modal will display the ERSD (Legal Disclosure) content and any messages from the sender, before entering the agreement. If an ERSD or a custom message is not configured, signers enter the signing ceremony directly.
In this case, be sure your envelopes has not a message and a Legal Disclosure enabled in your account.
