I have 2 Identical Radio button selections however each is assigned to a different signer and I want to enforce that these selections are the same. The form probably shouldn’t have been designed this way and I’m trying to use DocuSign to have guardrails, so we don’t have conflicting selections.

Basically looks likes

Signer 1 (radio group 1)

  1. Jan
  2. Feb
  3. March

2 Signer 2 - (radio group 2)

  1. Jan
  2. Feb
  3. March

I think there’s a way to have a formula that outputs the selection to a text field and then have Radio group 2 set to that value and vice versa. Though I can’t seem to get it to work, I suspect I’m over thinking this.

Hello @Office_Tech732,

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We are excited to have you with us and are eager to share our knowledge.

I see that your question about making sure that the selections made on two radio buttons, which are assigned to different signers, remains the same and rest assured I will make efforts to help.

To clarify, are you asking if when Signer 1 makes a selection on a radio button, that same choice is automatically reflected for Signer 2? Essentially, you’re inquiring about data replication between fields assigned to two different signers?

I hope I understand your question. I look forward to your update. Thank you!
