COMPLETED DOCUMENT but missing INITIAL HERE and SIGNATURE DATE

Hi

I have a use case where i can not foudn out what’s going on.
My envelope is “completed”, but i can not see any signature date or Inital Here (mandatory)

I was expecteing something like taht :

But i get

Any idea ?

We found out the problem.

We have update the receipient, but not the tabs linked to him.

That make sense that the document is completed because is more like a free form signing now.

Can someone please close the post ?

            Tabs tabs = new Tabs();
            //tabs.setSignHereTabs(List.of(signHere));
            tabs.setInitialHereTabs(List.of(initialHere));
            tabs.setDateSignedTabs(List.of(dateSigned));

Have you drag the signature date or Inital Here in this document before you send this envelope?

or it is a free form signing(https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=evk1581360654067&topicId=mdf1581360624197.html&_LANG=enus)?

if it is free form signing, the signer should drag it by themself.

Yes , that’s why i would like to know why there is this issue happening.
Or at least if docusign have got some logs or tools to see what happens (i can give envelopeId)
