I understand that the issue you’re facing is that the logo in the top right corner of your home screen is associated with Sender Branding rather than Signing Branding. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and rest assured I will make efforts to help.

Do you have multiple signing brands? If so, please verify whether your preferred brand is set as the default. If you have multiple signing brands, you can select your choice from the Advanced Options when creating an envelope. Please take a look at this video: Docusign eSignature: How to Customize Branding

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
