I have an urgent question and tried to open a case.  I have the standard plan but got this error message “Your Docusign plan does not support opening cases. Find additional help resources in the Docusign Support Center or learn how to upgrade your plan to access Support.”  I’ve logged on two different devices and get the same message on both laptops. Is there another way to submit my question to get assistance?   Also because it is not showing that I have the Standard Plan I can’t use advanced features such as Powerform that I would like to use. 

Hello!  Currently I have enabled recipients must elect to use the ERSD with each envelope from our account.  Is there a way to force our member to have top view and accept rather than just checking the box to accept?  If the envelope is View Only it does not require acceptance.  Our credit union is stating member’s have to accept a disclosure whether the envelope is View Only or being signed.  Is there an option I am missing under the Legal section or the Admin section in general for view only envelopes?  Or would I need to use the Supplemental Documents option? Thank you for your time!Wendi

Does anyone know how to cancel month docsign subscription? I signed and paid in May because I need to sign some docsign docs, but now no longer needed, but they keep billing me monthly fee.

I have a document that I need to access that is a few years old. I tried clicking on the link that was sent and it says the link is old and they will send a new link to access the document. I dont know where they are sending the link. I think I did the signature when I was at work for a previous company. The document is a personal lease agreement that I need a copy of.

Can I initiate an envelope for signature without myself needing to be a signor of the document?

I should have sent out the Envelope but could not find it in “Waiting for Others”.This is so weird. I have been using this function for years.Is there anywhere to check the system log to make sure the envelope is out? I don’t want to send duplicate envelopes to people for signing.

Hi.  I’m purchasing a car from Carvana, with delivery on 2/28.  My husband signed the documents that had my name on them, and I can’t get Carvana to give me blank documents.  They say I have to go thru you.  Please help me!! 

How do i change the format of the date before everyone signs the document? I don’t want it to show the exact time whenever the person signs.How do i change it to MM/DD/YYYY so that when someone signs it shows as the date format i want.

Hello. I am wondering if anyone can tell me once a person e-signs a docusign document and the serial number that is generated underneath the signature, is this serial number unique to that particular document signed?  In other words, let’s say a person signs a document on 02-10-25 and a serial number is generated for that e-signature.  And the same person receives a different document from the same company on 02-13-25, a different date, and signs the new document on this different date, will the e-serial number generated for the signature on 02-10-25 be the same serial number or will a new unique serial number be generated for the document signed on the different date?  I am trying to understand if an administrator who sends out documents can use one signature person’s signature and the same signature serial number, for different document signed on different dates for different documents?  Does each new document signing create a new and unique serial number, or can an

Hello,I went to forward my envelope to another signer, however, I accidently clicked “sign”. Before I hit Finish, I cleared my signature.  Thankfully my signature no longer appears, but the date signed does. How do I remove the date without cancelling my envelope?  Correcting the document to assign a new date does not remedy this issue.

How can someone share or make changes when they are not the owner of the envelope? I have created a similar permission as Admin, but it is not working. 

I have just moved across to Docusign from Adobesign and was hopeful that I’d be able to set up forms which look professional but I’m struggling.For example, I attempted to to set the HMRC new starter checklist as  template (a form I wanted to ‘convert’ into being fillable and signable online) which goes out with every offer pack.  I can't get the fillable ‘fields’ when setting it up as a template to match in size etc.Has anyone had these issues or being new to this, am I missing something?ThanksHeidi

I have a power form where the submitter fills out fields for a contractor to have access to company resources.  The form itself has a field for the contractor name, but it is linked to the contractor name that is initially entered in the power form signer information.  The submitter doesn’t see the name in the form, but it does appear when the envelope gets to the contractor to sign.  The contractor is the 3rd signer.  Is there any way to get the contractor name to appear for the submitter?

I have a paid DocuSign business account for two users, but I just need to be an administrator, I do not need the services in my position.  How can I transfer my signing privileges to someone else but maintain account admin rights?

Hello, up until today, I have always used the free version of DocuSign with no problems. I ONLY sign my own documents that I prepare; I never send them via email to be signed by anyone else.  I never ran into any issues with the number of documents I could sign. Since i never send them, I never had to worry. As a matter of fact, my homepage still says I have 2 sends left.  However, when I tried to upload a new document to sign, I received this message: “The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.”.As I previously mentioned, I never had to worry about a signing limit.  I’ve signed many documents in a month, sometimes over 15 with no issues.  I’ve been using DocuSign since 2018.  Can someone help?

Docusing has a “4-steps process for cancellation which does not work on mobiles. Also, they do not provide live support. They stole 15.99 from my credit card. How can I enlarge a document for easier reading, in an increment smaller than 56%I am reading a document on a laptop. The document, at 100%, is somewhat blurry and I would like to see it larger. I clock on the + Magnifying Glass and the size jumps to 156%.  Now the document is wider than my laptop screen.How can I enlarge a document in an increment less than 56%Thanks!

Hello, I have a template that I can get to match for template matching at 78% using IDR. I need to get this over 80% so our users can see it as the default is set to 80%. I know i can ask users to lower their preference for matching but i should not have to. The document matched 100% before and was only replaced with a new document that added 2 lines.I have moved the IDR to multiple places and added multiple IDR to the document. Adding more IDR seems to make it worse and not better as my percentage matching goes down.I have reviewed this document already Set Custom IDR ZonesAny assistance is appreciated. 

I am having trouble with creating a power form. Everything looks ok on the back end and boxes are all matched on the form, but when we use the url I get an unfillable pdf and I receive a ‘completed’ email notification. Please help

How do I determine how many documents are stored in CLM? Is there a report I can run?

I have been a customer of Docusign for many moon as a real estate broker and this is the last year I will renew.  I am very frustrated with the non-existent level of communication and service.  As a large community of realtors we rely on this service a great deal. Recently you have added a feature that the documents that are signed on our end and we forward are automatically encrypted and password protected.  While we never have set up this password.  I have gone to the security to dissable this feature, contacted support they are directing me to places and features that does not exist. What does it take for this app to work? 

​I have the character limit is set to 4000; however, I am only allowed to type as much will fit in the text box size drawn.
