Automatically change email subject

When I use a Template → select Replace document → the email Subject line should change automatically and show the new document’s filename. “Complete with DocuSign: New file name….”Before the latest Docusign update, this was working well, however right now the subject line remains unchanged and shows the original one from the template.Would be nice to get this feature back, how can we solve this?Thank you in advance for your support

I just found a charge on my credit card for a subscription to Docusign. The two accounts I have access to with the emails I currently have were both free accounts. I am not sure if this account was through one of my old jobs but if that is the case how can I cancel it if I no longer have access to the email account it is linked to.

Same document to 135 employees

This may be the same question others have posted; however I have not found a good solution from reading the Community Forums, watching videos, and generally working with Templates and envelopes. I’d appreciate any help or direction. We have a Confidentiality Agreement that has to go to 135 employees. The document is 4 pages long, requires an initial at the bottom of pages 1 thru 3, and a signature, date, and title on the last page. In the Template, it asks for individual recipients, which I can do with bulk import, however the form then REQUIRES me to manually drag and drop all these fields to EACH of the 135 recipients. This is ridiculous, so obviously I am missing a step. How Can I send the SAME document (template) to 135 recipients without having to recreate the fillable forms 135 times? I appreciate and value your replies. Thank you

When using digital signature DocuSign, where are the user's certificates (x.509) and Keys stored? Are they kept in the cloud, on a token, or is the actual signing performed using DocuSign's own certificate and keys? Additionally, do the certificates and keys belong to the user, or are they provided by DocuSign? Can you explain the workflow in detail?Furthermore, does this workflow vary from country to country, or is the service uniform across different locations, aside from the variations in Certificate Authorities (CAs)?

Completed document name shown as *.docx.pdf

We use a docx file as template document, because docx file is only supported file extension with customized fields. When signature is completed, the document is shown as *.docx.pdf. Is there a way the completed document shown only as *.pdf?

Role Error on Web Form

Newbie here. I am attempting to create a new Web Form using an existing template. I received an 2 errors for the same thing indicating that my Recipient “Role Name” (Checkbox Value) needs to be updated. Why is “Role Name” a checkbox? And how do I edit the Checkbox Value? Dimensions for embedded image in CLM

Hi, I’m new to the CLM tool and I am having trouble with the sizing of our company logo on the generated contract. We are using an embedded image tagger and converted our logo from a png using Base64.The tagger looks like this:<# <Image Select="//Xyz_Logo" Height="1" Width="3" Optional="true"/> #>It pulls in our logo, but the sizing isn’t right. Everything I’ve found so far says the Height and Width have to be in inches and I can only use whole numbers (no decimals). How do I get around this limitation? Ideally, I need the height to be like .4 inches and the width to be like 1.79.

Does Docusign have a forms library that competes with Zipforms?

We are in the state of Wisconsin and have been using Zipforms as a member benefit for years. They were purchased by LoneWolf and the Zipforms product will be turned over as a broker expense in March 2024. We had a multi year contract with LoneWolf for the back office broker platform and were very unhappy with the product and the service. The experience was such that we would prefer NOT to use LoneWolf/Zipforms if there is a comparable product. If Docusign has a forms library...is it comparable to Zipforms?

Optimize post-treatment of BulkSend

Hi, I used for the first time the Bulk Send and found it so efficient. However, now that I have all signed documents, I’m wondering if I could have configured it more properly to help me with the post treatment!Here is my case: I organised an event, where I invited a photographer. I sent a “Right of Image” document to each participant, to get their consent for using the picture for internal communication. The template contain a choice “Yes/No” and a signature field.Now, I can see in the batch summary who completed the doc, who declined, and who did not. But I have to open all the PDF to see if they cehcked the Yes box or not …Moreover, I did not find a way to download all the signed documents at once, and in my emails, all documents have the same name ! Any way the completed/signed document could be renamed including the name of the person who signed. And could we extract the content of the fields inserted in the document, in eg an excel file ?thanks for any hint on how to improve such

Issues with Envelopes not being sent to recipients

I’ve sent 23 envelopes that show have been sent. The “Receives a copy” recipients have not received, including myself. When searching related topics on same issue receive an error message from the support link. I noticed there are other users experiencing the same in the last month. Appreciate any insight on resolution. Thank you

Template

Hello. As a human resources specialist, I am responsible for the onboarding of multiple employees. When sending my templates I would like to remove myself as a recipient. When I do and replace the recipient name with the employee I am forced to recreate the template. What step am I missing? It is counterproductive to recreate a template, yet, as the employer I shouldn’t have to fill it out. Thank you!

Envelope limit reset after upgrading my yearly plan

Hello!We need to send some documents to thousands of suppliers but we just exceeded the limit we were not aware of.I have just upgraded the yearly plan to Business Pro, so I want to know when the limit of envelopes resets. Also, how do I know that it won't be stopped by the “reasonable use policy”? Thanks!
