Hello,

How can SMS authentication be applied to a web form?

Hi @Emad Radwan !

Currently, it’s not possible to add SMS authentication for the first recipient of the webform, precisely because the sender is responsible for providing the cell phone number for SMS authentication, and the idea of the webform is always to be self-service.
However, if you want to apply SMS authentication to the other recipients of the flow, you can simply add this option directly to the template used to create the webform.

If you are looking for a way to authenticate your first recipient, you can use the “Initiate Signing Session from email” feature to verify the email address (they will receive the document at the email provided to sign) or you can https://www.docusign.com/intelligent-agreement-management, which allows you to create custom workflows, including the option to authenticate users!
