New user in my group keeps getting closed

Question

I added a new user to my group (I am an Administrator).  She was able to access it yesterday, but today, her account is closed.  I did not close it, nor did she.  How do I stop this from happening.  She was added to a valid group with is used by others.

Thanks, but this has been solved! We have an internal process which refreshes users, so I had to delete that first. Thanks for responding!

Can you tell us what issue the user is experiencing? Did they have any problems logging in or get an error message?Please confirm the user's status from Admin > Users > (search for the user). Is it Active/Closed/Pending Activation?If you see the status as closed, please check the Audit Logs to see if you will be able to find the information about who closed the user. Go to Admin > Audit Logs.
