I added a new user to my group (I am an Administrator).  She was able to access it yesterday, but today, her account is closed.  I did not close it, nor did she.  How do I stop this from happening.  She was added to a valid group with is used by others.

I understand that a user you recently added was closed, and you didn't, nor the user did it. I sincerely apologize for this. Let's work together to sort this out.

I just have a few questions.

  • Does the affected user have multiple Docusign accounts? Can you tell us what issue the user is experiencing? Did they have any problems logging in or get an error message?
  • Please confirm the user's status from Admin > Users > (search for the user). Is it Active/Closed/Pending Activation?
  • If you see the status as closed, please check the Audit Logs to see if you will be able to find the information about who closed the user. Go to Admin > Audit Logs. Article: View and Export the Audit Logs

Thanks, but this has been solved!  We have an internal process which refreshes users, so I had to delete that first.  Thanks for responding!
