I received an e-mail from a person I do not know. It was in reference to a Paypal account payment for bitcoin that included a DocuSign notice. I wanted to speak to a customer service rep for fraud detection. I am unable to find any phone numbers available. This is terrible, or actually non-existent, customer service. Please send me a phone number so I can find out how bad a situation this may be.

I understand that receiving an email from an unfamiliar sender containing a DocuSign notice can be alarming, and that you would like to speak with someone from Customer Support. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Users with paid accounts can request a phone call through the DocuSign Support Center. For your reference, here is the article: How can I request a phone call from Docusign Support? All users can access our self-service resources. Review this Docusign Support article for details.
