When being asked to download there is no way to download the original PDF.The signing page won’t allow me to copy.The signing page won’t allow me to click on links within the documentThe signing page is a graphic image and the fonts become blurry when scaled up.If I open a NEW window and go into docusign I can download the original documents and have all of the benefits. Why can’t I download to read in a PDF reader where I can’t get the above benefits?

After Singing the document from user I need to mask some sensitive field before download the file from envelope and document Id.Is it possible or not?If possible please let me know the process and share API Name with parameters. Thanks in Advance !!

What if I dont have enabled for my account Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure for DocuSign, how do i get it? I am the Admin and I do not have the “Legal Disclosure” option  

Our users generate envelopes using a template. From the template, I would like to include placeholders that reference the signer’s organization and other custom fields used in the document (contract number, end date, etc).Is it possible to insert and populate custom field placeholders in envelope messages or private messages using templates? Can this be done when sending envelopes without a template?

Hi guys! I need helpI'm having a problem creating an account for DoD Customer for DocuSign University. Right after the email verification step, in sms verification, I’m entering a valid Philippine Phone number but I always have an error saying “Enter valid phone number” which is weird because my number is correct and it is the same number that I use to register here in Docusign Community. I already tried to input the number with a dash “-” and space and tried to use another phone number but to no avail.   

Received email with link to docusign saying documents to review.  Tried opening and get error then I can log in but no documents in my account.  Tried security code and view documents but leads me right back to empty que. Can anyone help?

What is the cost of bulk sending ? If I send one envelope to 100 receivers using the bulk sending feature : is this regarded as one envelope ? I assume the cost is 1 envelope and not 100. Is my assumption correct ? 

Hi Guys. I’m brand new to Docusign. Trying to work out basic features like adding eWitness to a standard account - how to upgrade etc. Going round in circles and have been for some time. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to actually engage with Docusign to work out how to proceed? I’ve spent money and happy to spend more, but the web support is as clear as mud. V grateful for any pointers. Cheers

Hi, I can see that this error has come up a few times over the last year+ but I cannot find any resolution. I am getting it on a template. I’ve gone through the fields and can’t see an issue. Is this a bug?Thanks

I signed a contract for a bank application and when they sent me the copy of the document I can notice a number under the signature. But after making a complaint to the buyer, he sends me another contract that he does not sign, but it does have the same numbering and the signature is the same as the previous contract, but this new contract also includes another signature that does not have numbering and is repeated several times, but it is very different from the one that does have numbering. How is it possible that different contracts have the same numbering and if it is possible that there is manipulation of the signature of the first contract to attach it to the next automatically, without prior authorization

I’m a new docusign paid user and when I tried to raise a support ticket to get this option “Enable including the Envelope ID on the document” enabled, I’m facing this error saying my plan doesnt support opening cases. Not sure what is wrong?  

I am trying to create a contract for deed, but am not having much luck. how do i create this form? 

I am trying to develop a web form that allows someone to choose to change or cancel and if cancel, then given the option to start something else.  For example, we have retirement contributions that we would like the employee to be able to cancel current contribution and start another type of contribution on the same form without having to complete the form twice.

I use PDF files and fill them out before uploading them to DocuSign for sending. I set where the signatures should be, send the document, then open it from the email—but the information I entered is erased.I tried sending another envelope. I entered the text in the right places in DocuSign app, placed the signatures, and sent it. However, when I opened the document from the email, the information I typed through DocuSign was erased again.I do not have the option to open a New Case. I have one free envelope left, but after multiple attempts, DocuSign continues to erase the information in my document.How can I contact support regarding this issue? Additionally, how can I request a refund for documents that were damaged due to DocuSign?

I am creating a Webform from a very simple template. The template has fields as shown below. The user selects “Individual” or “Entity” in the Signing As dropdown, then the fields for the respective block are shown. When I create a Webform from this template, none of the template fields except Signing As show as mappable fields (see below) despite having Webform entry fields for all of the required data. How can I have Name, Company, and Title show as mappable fields in the Webform creation tool?I have tried removing the conditional logic from the template and recreating the Webform but get the same result.     

Hi, I've created my first PowerForm, which requires three signers to complete. However, after each signer submits their part, a completion message pops up. Since the first two signers won’t have the final document, I want to prevent any confusion.Is there a way to disable this message? I typically work with WebForms, so I’m unsure if this is a setting that can be adjusted. Any guidance would be appreciated!   

Hello Community!I want to update the attribute in CLM with the pending signatory or signatories. At wait for signature step getting the updated audit logs.Example: There are 4 signers for the agreement. Initially, I can update the status to show that the signature is pending from all 4. However, if the first signer signs the contract, I want the attribute to be updated, indicating that the signature is still pending from the remaining 3 signers and same will continue. Thanks in advance!

HI, I have sent a document for signing to two people they have completed this,  but on the document they have not signed in the right places.  How do I see what  I sent them, the boxes I added for signing prior to sending it?  Can I then amend if i did it wrong for re-signing?   

Hello all, happy last day of February!A user was interrupted while entering a DocuSign form. When she resumed, the DocuSign session had expired. She did not get a chance to submit it. I see it in the Waiting for Other list. Is there a way to get that envelope submitted? Or does she have to enter it again? Thanks!!!
