When I go to the Overview in Admin and search for that feature, it takes me to that same page you mention, and I also do not see that setting listed.

DocuSign plan, some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. It's best to create a case in the DocuSign Support Center. Go to 'Get Support,' select 'Open a Support Case,' log in with your credentials, choose a subject, and select the relevant account if you have multiple. Then, open the case.

Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.

 You will get to know, that setting can be enabled from the backend and complete details of, what are the features included in your plan.

the support mentioned that it is currently not possible to disallow users to edit their name.
