Docusign/Notarization

I am trying to get a document signed and e-notarized, but cannot find any software options from Docusign to do so. Does Docusign have licensed notaries in the system ready to complete these tasks, or do I need to find my own notary and then add her/him to the standard signature process?

Login to NA2 no longer an option

I am a Docusign Admin at my company and used to get a prompt when I logged in for NA2 or NA3. Now it just takes me to NA3 and my user accounts are not listed there. I don’t know what changed or how to fix it.

PDF becomes blurred after creating an envelope and unnecessary docusign Header

I'm using the 30-day trial version of DocuSign Developer and encountering an issue where the PDF becomes blurred after creating an envelope and adding the DocuSign header to every page of the document. I don't want the DocuSign header in my document.DocuSign HeaderIs this the same for the paid version as well?

I have sent an enveloppe where someone needs to sign, but the signer doesnt see the box where to sign. in my document it is there, but in his document it isnt.

Time Differences

I’ve noted differences in the time stamps recorded in the DS document different than the time zone of the signees who, are in different parts of the US.  Is there a technical paper /reference explaining the time stamping methodogy used by DS?

voiding a signed envelope

I sent an envelope with the wrong attachments. the receiver signed but should not have access to the attachments. i searched the community questions and there is no way to make this envelope disappear. i tried to delete sign it was signed but the receiver still has access to confidential information. does anyone have a way to resolve this?

Simple Sign Document Question

This has happened 2 times in the last few weeks.  So I will sign a document and date it then hit Finish.  After that Docusign would normally bring up next step in a drop box to do multiple tasks ie print,delete and other things.  Well again this does not happen it flashes the option really quick then disappears.  Below is all I get.  Can anyone help?

DocuSign Resending Old Envelopes

About a week ago contracts, agreements pricing, and even voided envelopes have started being resent automatically, even though no one internally has requested. For example, I’ve the same completed new customers agreement come through multiple times via email. Not sure what is causing this or how to fix it.

Does DocuSign protect against screenshots?

Hi all, I’m brand new here and it looks like this is the only place where I can ask this question.I’m interested in sharing a pdf with sensitive information but I can’t seem to find whether DocuSign offers protection against screenshots. Does anyone know?

Grand Total Formula

I am creating a service agreement, I have a box at the bottom with services listed out separately which populates (using formulas) as the client checks off which services they want. I would like a formula for “season total” but it doesn’t seem that I can use formulas to create a grand total. Am I doing something wrong or is there a work around? Any help is appreciated!

100 Envelopes, since when?

Since when was 100 envelopes the maximum?That works out at £2.40 per envelope.Need a cheaper alternative, being using docusign for years and never had a warning close to limit. Only 6 months into my subscription and need to add more :(

Hi !I would like to be able to sign all the pages of the document in 1 click (initials and signature if possible).In fact, I sign around ten documents / week, each 20 to 30 pages long. I spend way too much time clicking 30 times to validate initials and signatures.Other solutions allow you to validate a document in 1 or 2 clicks, is this possible on Docu?thks

unable to add a new user, our plan we are on should be up to 50 users. currently no button to be able to add any new users. have tried al of the following with no changePlease follow the troubleshooting steps.1. Clear cache/cookies2. Try a different browser(s)3. Incognito, go to account.docusign.com4. Different device5. Different Internet networks such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.

Customised processing for bulk shipping

Hello everyone, we are trying to send a document via mass mailing (approx. 70 people), which is to be filled out and signed individually by each person. It is a power of attorney in which everyone adds their name, the name of the authorised person and the signature. We would therefore like to receive 70 completed documents back afterwards. Is this possible and if so, how? Thank you for your help.

I am using docusign webhook to download a signed files. PDF file are downloaded successfully but when it comes to docx file it doesnt, I cannot open the signed file. but when I am open it in google docs file shows IN PROCESS text with partial data
