Is it possible to edit a completed document in another program (PDF Editor/Adobe Sign/etc.)

Some of our clients do not want to use DocuSign to complete their portion of documents, either due to preference or company policy (I'm not sure which). So when we send them the portion that has been completed in DocuSign, they open it in something like Adobe to complete their portion. However, they are unable to make changes to the document at all. Is this due to some DocuSign security setting? If so, can we turn it off? It's making it difficult to complete documents otherwise.

Receives a copy when signed.

Hi All, My questions feels silly but i cannot find an answer. I am sending a document for signing and i have added three people that should recieve a copy, BUT will they only get the copy once signed?I dont want them to get annoyed with constant emails of changes etc.

Do purged/deleted documents on DocuSign still retain signature validity when stored elsewhere (like our records retention system)?

We are trying to ensure our use of DocuSign is in compliance with our organization's records retention policy. Our concern is that our master record must be stored in our records retention system and that any duplicate copies are properly, and in a timely fashion, disposed of. If we download a copy of a competed envelope from DocuSign, and then purge it from our DocuSign account, will the version in our records still retain its validity (immutability and signer identity) from DocuSign? I can't seem to find any documentation that very clearly states this.

Is it possible to copy field placement in templates from one envelope to another?

We have a template for several different programs, but the templates are mostly the same except for a few fields (like program name, start date). All the other fields are the same. They have to be in separate envelopes because we only send one form to each signer, via a link from a PowerForm.If there is a solution, I'd be so grateful to not have to add the same fields to multiple templates over and over again.Thanks!

I signed a membership form, and it then went to my wife for signature. When my wife was reviewing, she realized that I made a mistake in the form. Is there anyway, she can return it to me and I can fix the error and resend to her?

Is it possible to define two (or more) Identity Providers for Organisation?

Technically it is possible, but for me it is not working.My Customer use G-suite for Identity Management and SSO in G-suite works perfect. But they have some other Companies in group and not every of them uses G-suite. I am quite new in IdP and have no idea how to help to Customer (and if there is any solution). We would like to open new account in Organisation for another Company in a group, but they are using Azure for IdP, then we should define the second IdP to use SSO for them.I have tried to define two identity providers - Azure and G-suite. Lets say I have two email addresses: MyName@domain1 registered in Azure MyName@domain2 registered in G-SuiteCase 1: I login using 1st address (Azure), on the second step I use "Use Company Login" button and the system ask me for Google account login (or to choose the account - I have two)Case 2: login using 2nd address (G-suite) - same situation but in this case everything is ok, because I expected it will happen.I tried to make te

Hi, One of our customers signed a document on his cell phone. He passed KBA and it has a signature tag. However, the signature is blank. Has anyone ever accepted a signature like this and, if so, did you run into any issues. Thanks.

How can a signer correct an answer they provided on a document after they have signed it?

The scenario is this: Assume 3 roles - 3 signers. Signer 1 completes a form and signs it. The form flows to signer 2 for review and signature. Signer 2 notices that signer 1 made an error and is unwilling to sign until signer 1 corrects the error. I would like signer 2 to be able to return the form back to signer 1 for correction. After correction, the form would flow back to signer 2 for review and signature. Signer 2 signs and the form flows to signer 3 who validates the form looks accurate and applies their initials to confirm (but Signer 3 would also need to be able to return the form to Signers 1 or 2 for correction if needed). Is this possible and if so, how? Thank you!!

Editing PDF templates

Sorry if I am being really dense, but I am new to Docusign and am trying to use it for the first time. I have templates of agreements saved on Docusign as PDFs. I need to edit these to add in specifics, but as the templates are PDFs, how can I edit them? I tried downloading the template but it is a .JSON file and I don't know what program to use to open this. When I go to the Edit section in Docusign the only things I can edit are the names that it is being sent to, I can't edit the document itself. Thanks for your help guys.
