I have an envelope with 6 separate documents that I have had signed by my clients. When I try to download the files onto my computer, Docusign says it’s downloading 6 files, but when I open the zip file on my desktop, it always leaves out the first file, and only downloads 5 files.  This has happened for a long time, but Docusign used to send me the files as attachments on the “all done” email it sent me, and from there I could download that one file individually. But now, it seems Docusign doesn’t attach the completed files to that email anymore.

 

Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that your completed envelopes are not including one of the documents whenever it is downloaded, but I will assist you in solving the issue.

 

To start troubleshooting, try again using a different device, network and browser. Please try each option separately as this may lead us to the root cause of the problem

 

In the meantime, an administrator can enable the document attachments in the envelope completion email in Settings>Signing Settings>Attach documents to completion email.
