Sometimes I get an email from docuSign with the signed documents attached and sometimes I need to login to retrieve the documents to download.  How can I set it up so the client ALWAYS gets a copied emailed to them?  And if it matters, I’m under my brokerages umbrella of users, so it is something they’d need to “turn on” because I can’t find the option anyway on my dashboard/ profile / settings.

@Luisa Bada - That is an Administrator setting change at the account level.   You might be using different accounts where this is set differently.  You can find this setting under Signing Settings.

In addition to the response from John Santos. Even when this enables on a specific sending account, the documents will not be attached to the completion email notification if the total size of all documents is larger than 5 MB.
