For the second time in a week, I have had a signer tell me the “continue” button isn’t working nothing happens when they click on it. I’m not sure how to fix this so I have had to void the envelope and send a new one, which obviously isn’t ideal. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I have my own login as an agent.  I also have a login for someone else I do transaction coordinating for.  Both user names/passwords are saved to my laptop, as most would do since it is a private network/laptop.  When I log out of her account and log into mine, it still shows HER name and office information at the bottom of the first page of MY forms (the stamp) when I go back into my account.  I’m merely trying to print a Sample of a form, but her information is at the bottom where mine should be. How can I correct this??

Hi,I’ve added and then deleted my Logo in Settings > Brands.  Now it’s WAY too big (resolution was too high, evidently) and I want to delete it (or replace it with a lower resolutions logo) but I can’t.  Can someone please help me figure out how to do this?The problem is that my logo is showing up as ENORMOUS to the email viewer (why DocuSign can’t automatically reduce the size/resolution of a logo is beyond me, but for a different discussion).  The high-resolution logo is so large, that it’s nearly 4x the width of a 20” wide PC screen -- so the viewer can’t read it, and can’t see the link to the DocuSign document (which is about 2-3 screens to the “right” when it pops up via email.I know I need to get rid of my logo, or replace it with a lower resolution logo.  But here’s where the madness begins.  I replaced my logos with lower-resolution logos, but that didn’t do anything -- the emails still have the massive logo.  So I deleted my logos from from Brands, but that didn’t work.  I

I am creating a service agreement, I have a box at the bottom with services listed out separately which populates (using formulas) as the client checks off which services they want. I would like a formula for “season total” but it doesn’t seem that I can use formulas to create 1 grand total at the end. Am I doing something wrong or is there a work around? Any help is appreciated!

I have a fully executed document by all parties. There is a Cancelation Provision within the body of the document and it is currently unsigned. How do I add my signature to that cancelation provision section to execute that provision?

We have many events throughout the year but our participation agreement is basically the same other than some changes to title and date.The Web Form that connects to these templates is great for the end user but requires a lot of set up time. Because the Web Form is about 90% identical for each, is there a way to copy an existing Web Form and connect the form and its fields to a new template?I feel like I’m missing something really simple on the DocuSign site to accomplish this task, but I just don’ see it.I see that you can download a json configuration file. If you reupload it, it creates an exact duplicate connections and all. Would it work to download this configuration file, edit it and then reupload to accomplish this goal? If so which areas would I need to change and how would I get those that data?

If I send one envelope for signature, my client gets 12 of the same emails all containing the same thing. That’s not right, what happened? I definitely didn’t send it 12 times. I sent it once and nothing glitchy happened when I sent it. Sarah

Tecnical support told me that is a separate option and i have to buy it, but not any commercial Docusign contact me after a week. I am our company’s account administrator. Where do I find our company’s total number of envelopes sent and the total amount of envelopes included in our plan?

What is the difference between seats and users? We pay for two users annually and my understanding is that we have therefore 200 envelopes per year (ie 100 per user). My account is telling me that we don’t have enough seats and need to purchase another one, as well as more envelopes as we’ve exceed our allowance (111). I can’t find any information on either of these things relating to my plan, other than an answer from Docusign in another question confirming I should have 200 envelopes with 2 users:  

Is there a way to set the font for fields that auto populate on an added field? I use zipforms to bridge most documents to docusign and it/DS defaults to Lucida Console for Dates and other input fields and I want to be in Arial. 

Docs signed but signature is very light and hard to see.  Can I fix this. 

Good afternoon, Is there a option that i can send out a docusign form to over 300 email addresses.its a document i need them all to individually sign, instead of sending the form out 1 by 1? 

A situation where this would be useful - when we're sending documents out for signing in bulk.Having the recipients' name automatically added to the file name would help us to organise the signed documents quicker when we download them.

I use a PC laptop.  I have many many customers telling me that when they pull up the email from Docusign with the attached contract docs, the wording is all symbols and “hyroglyphics”; they cannot read it to sign and return.  What is the problem?  I am sending PDF’s of the docs...what else could it be?  Seems like a compatability issue - thoughts?

Hi Community!….I need to share ALL users (c 1,500) access with a single user, but it seems like I have to tick the ‘Name’ selection box on each page of listed users….then continue on each subsequent page until I reach the end of all my users, which will be time consuming….can I achieve this is one step Please?

​​Good Morning,Is there a way to set up DocuSign so it automatically resends our quotes every 3rd day instead of every day? 

I sent an envelope with 2 signers.  I realized after one had signed that the other signer’s email address was incorrect.  I fixed it, didn’t change anything else, and when I hit “Correct” I get a notification that I’m out of envelopes.  Why do I need another envelope to make a correction?  Is there a work-around?

Is it possible to export all contract activities? It seems possible for those that I have created as an envelope, but I would like to export a list that includes contracts where I am set as a recipient as well.

The document has a required field for “Company Name”… is it possible to add “Company Name” to the name if the attached file in the completed email? 

I sent an envelope and it says “waiting for others”, but none of the recipients have received it. Please advise, thanks.-Derek
