Is CLM included in Enterprise Pro plans?

Is CLM included in Enterprise Pro plans or is it a separate product?  I see some interesting features described as CLM, but it looks like we get errors via API on some of them, so trying to understand what is actually part of my plan vs what has been enabled/available. Thanks!
