PowerForm Signer Information form - editing / Spanish

Question

Hello! Can anyone tell me how I can translate the message in the PowerForm Signer Information form to Spanish and also edit it in general (I’d like to remove ‘PowerForm Signer Information’, ‘Instructions’, and ‘Signer 1”). Thanks you!
