Is it possible that the recipient download the original file format and not only a PDF version?

Our account has stopped sending reminders to our signatories, users are complaining as now envelopes are expiring before they are signed off 

How do I change an attribute question on the CLM “Generate Contract” intake form, which, depending on the response to the questions is routed for an approval in the workflow? Will changing just the text in this question (not changing the routing/mapping) create issues with routing through the workflow? I have tried updating the attribute question in the CLM Admin page, which does not allow me to input past a certain amount of text and also if updated in the CLM Admin section does not update the question on the initial “Generate Contract” intake form. 

My team has access to the public link and it is not set to expire until next year.  When they click on the link and try to download the document in DOCX, however, it shows as blank with 0GB.  The PDF version downloads without issues.  Is anyone able to help me figure out how to allow the DOCX to download? 

Hello everyone. We’re using CLM mostly for a repository where wet signed contracts are uploaded. I’m trying to figure out what’s the best way to handle a contract expiring and either an additional term being approved, or a new contract being entered. Should we just upload a new version and changed the dates? Or should we upload the contract for the new year as an entirely different document? If its just an extension where a new contract isn’t signed, do we just update the expiration dates?

Hi, A file was emailed to me on outlook. The file is in a docusign format (html). I am unable to access the file unless I create an account on docusign. I have created the account but kindly assist me on how I can get full access to the documents and print it out as a complete document.Thabk you 

HelloI'm having a problem with signatures, because mine doesn't go beyond the verification part of the settings, but all the PKI has already been added to work, but it doesn't go beyond that option.The browser cache was cleared, the browser was restored, and among other things. Would anyone have any solutions ?

When I try to print documents in a newly created room I get a message saying “Unable to print following documents” with everything I selected to print underneath. This is only happening with the 2 new rooms I created today, the old rooms print fine.

Hi Team , In our model for one of the user GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com was deleted and now we have added them again , the issue is that GlobalSalesComp@cognizant.com had created it’s own Workflows and Envelopes in DocuSign and also had a lot of “Sent Items” too. Now as we have added the user again , the user is not able to see it’s Sent Items + Workflows + Envelopes. We want to Retrieve the DocuSign data for the user so can you please provide some assistance here. If user ID deleted from Anaplan users tab will it delete the sent items of that user from Docusign? Is there any possibility to retrieve the items? ThanksJerin

Account no longer storing docs sent to me and will not allow me to sign my own documents without using email link

I’m getting this error message when I try to open DocuSign in Salesforce: Error: Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct and that you have responded to all activation emails. I’ve already gone into my user profile in Salesforce and made sure the DocuSign user ID matched the ID that was in my DocuSign account. I’m assigned the DocuSign Admin in my permission set assignments in Salesforce. This was all I had found to do for this issue and it still isn’t working, does anyone have an suggestions of other things I can try? Thank you!
