Hello I am a new notary and have been told by the title company to sign up with docusign to get business how does the title company see me or contact me to do a notarize documents

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

That will depend on the company, when you create a DocuSign account you would need to register as a Notary, once that is done, you can inform them that the account was created, and you're all set, they can either send you a DocuSign envelope with a field for you to notarize, or they can provide the documents so that you can upload them in your DocuSign account > add yourself as the notary and add them as a recipient and send it out for signature. DocuSign's envelopes are usually sent out via email, but we also have a feature with an extra cost for you to send via SMS.

Please view the following information on how to register your eNotary: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=gko1642535666104&topicId=sgv1578456585697.html&_LANG=enus

I had this issue before. You need to register as a DocuSign notary.
