Web form sender

Question

I’ve created a web form for use by people without licenses within our company. The web form is also easier for individuals who might not be able to fill a form out directly so a web form guides them through the process. This issue is my name being used to send every form throughout the company. The other issue is that I am notified every time a form is used, viewed and signed throughout its life.

Should I create a service account within DS that I would use to create and authorize these web forms with?

The idea of creating web forms for only use by myself seems odd. If I can share a form with individuals, why can I not share a webform for the same use?

Hello ​@KyleFrantz,Thanks for reaching out here in the Docusign Community—great to have you here!Currently, it is not possible to transfer ownership of a webform from one user to another.
