Can´t create webform - HELP!

I cant´t create a webform from a template. I checked all the steps, every field has a description and so on. In the end it´s showing an error: “The use of a document creation template is not supported.”

Any idea?

Are you using a document template within the template you are trying to create as a Web Form? That is not supported as of today.
