Prevent salesforce/docusign users from seeing documents in Salesforce.

We have a typical Salesforce docusign integration. The problem is that all sent documents/envelopes are synced back to Salesforce. Any Salesforce user that is also a Docusign user can switch to the Docusign Lightning App and use the tabs such as "Docusign Status" and "Docusign Envelope" to see any document that was synced back to salesforce. Obviously we don't want all users to be able to see sensitive documents such as offer letters, etc. How can we 1) prevent this data from being synced back to salesforce or ... 2) control who has access? Sort a Dynamic Table in DocuSign Gen

We have a dynamic table inside one of our agreements which pulls in the quote line items from a Salesforce Quote and displays in the rows of the table, which works great, but the rows do not populate in the same order as Salesforce. Is there a way to sort the table by the Sort Order of the quote line items in salesforce so our users do not have to do this manually after generating the agreement?

I'd like to send an envelope to a lead record, how do I add the relevant lead as a recipient?

Reproduction steps:I create an envelope template where I add two recipients: a "master record" and the lead owner. I add a button on the lead page layout that invokes this template... let's call this button "Send Docusign"I find a lead (let's call it "John Doe") and click on "Send Docusign" The envelope wizard pops up and I review the doc before sending itI'm expecting the lead, "John Doe", to be one of the recipients (as the master record), but this recipient is not added automatically. The lead owner is indeed part of the recipients.How do I add the relevant lead to the template automatically? It doesn't make sense that I have to search for the lead when I click on "Send Docusign".

Upgrade old app version

Hi there.I work as SF admin for a company and I was asked to make sure we are using the latest version of our paid apps. I noticed that our company has an installed package called "DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce", which was last modified in 2018.I used the Download section of this website to get a new version of the app, which installed a new package with a slightly different name "DocuSign Apps Launcher". Can you guys please confirm if there was a name change in the past and I'm getting the same app. Thanks in advance.

DocuSign signed documents are saving to the Notes & Attachments related list instead of the Files related list in Salesforce. How do I change that?

I create an envelope with a document. When it is signed, the envelope shows up in the DocuSign Status related list with a DSX- number. In the related list, the signed document needs to be a File, not a Notes & Attachments. How do I change where it is saved?Thanks

How to design template to show recurring data

I am in need to show multiple parts information in Document generated from SpringCM. Currently in the document template I can use merge fields to populate the data but I need to show Part name in each line, number of parts can vary from 1 to 10. How can I define the templates so contents are populated in a loop.

Conditional Formatting - Salesforce/Conga Composer/Docusign Integration

I can't seem to get an answer from Conga or Docusign on this - so hopefully the community will help!We are sending a DS document that is sent via Conga Composer in Salesforce. Is there a way to add conditional formatting to the document (for example: make a field required if another field equals "yes")?I know this works if you send the document directly from DocuSign, but we are sending it via a Conga button in Salesforce using the Docusign Parameters... Thoughts???

Completed Documents to Salesforce Files

Hi All, I see that when sending a DocuSign that you can select from Salesforce Files to send it. However, I'm not seeing any option to attach the completed document to Salesforce Files instead of Notes and Attachments. I'm exploring moving from Notes and Attachments to Files, but having Docusign attach the completed document is a very important business case. Am I missing something?

Multiple signatures on single document (may not be contacts in the system)

This is integration with Salesforce.I have a use case where the contract generated will be sent to Party A - Contact record in Salesforce - signs the documentsParty B - Company director - who doesn't have a record in Salesforce - should sign the document as well.Party C - Company Secretary - who doesn't have a record in Salesforce - should sign the document as well.I know of the forwarding feature, however can we configure something like this within docusign ? How do I enable Salesforce for DocuSign Users to use existing templates when they move from one Salesforce Org to another?

Salesforce for DocuSign. I am migrating a company from one Salesforce Org to another. I need the DocuSign users to be able to see the templates in DocuSign in the new Salesforce Org. I set the Users up in the new Salesforce Org, and they can see the templates if I make them administrators in DocuSign, but I don't want to do that. Thanks

Can we assign specific template and recipients based on Salesforce fields

Hi team, We are looking for docusign as potential solution and working on proof of concept but not able to find an answers for below. can we assign diffrent default templates on the basis of specific conditions. For example we have custom pick list field and for all pick list values we have diffrent templates. If opportunity is selected with specific value then associated template should appear as selected.Can we set default recipient on the basis of contact role? For example all contact role with primary role should be marked as recipients we have certain statements and checkboxes on document. This statements should be only visible and checkbox should be only check when certain criteria is meeting in Salesforce. if above scenarios are possible then can you please provide some documentation around it.  Thanks
