If I am trying to create or modify an envelope template in from Salesforce and get to the “Place Fields”I then receive the following error:  Content was blocked and it says contact the owner of the website. As anything else out the DocuSign part works in Salesforce I can only imagine it happen during accessing DocuSign sites. I already tried different settings in Chrome / Edge / Firefox but still getting the same error.  Any support would be highly appreciated. 

Hello Community,In Salesforce I generate a PDF which should be send via docusign.In the document I used Anchor Tags like \s1\ for Signer 1 and \s2\ for Signer 2. In the documentation I read that Checkboxes could be implemented via \cb1\ or \cb2\ and text via \txt1\. Also i found an article Use Automatic Anchor Text with Custom Tags (docusign.com) where its stated the implementation needs to be as follow \tbx_1_text\ for text and \cb_1_yes\ for a checkbox. For the secong solution Merge fields need to be created, but I dont need writeback functionality. The customer should only be able to click the checkboxes and fill in some text.Is there any chance to get this working?Also I’m missing an anchor tag for a stamp. Is this possible? 

Hi community, I am struggling with the following matter:We purchased DocuSign eSignature (no Document Generation).Use CaseOn the Quote record, we generate files (output is either .docx or .pdf) via CPQ Template. In our DocuSign Envelope Template (dfsle__EnvelopeConfiguration__c), we want to add merge fields to these generated files. The documentation from the legacy solution suggests using AutoPlace Fields (also called anchor tags) in our template content (e.g., \s1\ for Signer 1). This solution is not viable for us as it is a legacy feature. I have been trying to find an alternative solution for this matter in the documentation but unfortunately without success. Can anyone help? We have recently transitioned from DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce to DocuSign App Launcher. It has come to our attention that certain users who previously had the capability to log in as another user in Salesforce and send a DocuSign envelope on their behalf are now experiencing issues. When attempting this action, the page fails to load properly. This functionality is crucial to our process. We are investigating if there is a specific permission or setting that can be adjusted to restore this capability. Although these users have shared access through the DocuSign website and can send on behalf of others from there, we aim to integrate this feature within our Salesforce organization due to dependent processes. We are seeking a solution to ensure seamless operation and maintain our workflow efficiency.

Hi, I migrated my DocuSign Records using the migration tool. However, it says it only migrates those that are Completed, Voided or Declined.  How do I get the ones that are in the Sent Status over to the new DocuSign Status object for Apps Launcher?  

I am using a template created with DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce.  The recipients are dynamic and have contact records in Salesforce.  The template is referencing an object that has a lookup to the contact in Salesforce.  The Salesforce default email address is in a standard field called Email and the template uses that email address for the send.Is it possible to set the field that the template references to a field other than the standard Email field in Salesforce?Thanks for your help!Scott

Hi, Receiving this error "You have not granted or have revoked your consent to be impersonated by DocuSign Apps Launcher." when sending a document although user have all the required permission in Permission Set and also Active in User management and in Docusign Account and also not able to see the Docusign Admin Tab in the sandbox

Hello, We are using DS eSignature with Salesforce with the DAL and we configured templates for Sales users to generate contract via eSign Salesforce merge fields and send for signature. Once sent and signed, some statuses of the Quote update. We noticed it’s the sender of the contract (the Sales then) who is the person captured to update the Salesforce field. It means we need to give specific permissions to them which is not ideal. Can we have the integration user to update the status as it is with CLM?Thank you

Hey Guys, I know how to set an expiration date within the DocuSign template or sending process. However, for our business case we need a way to set an exact time. I.e. the offer should not be valid for several days but in most cases only today until x pm. Is it possible to set an exact expiry time?Best regards, Tom 

Hey Guys, I'll try to be brief with an example. I want to use Salesforce to send two documents in one envelope. Each document contains an optional signature field. Is there a way to find out which of the documents has been signed after completion via one of the Salesforce records? For example, can I link the signature to an ID and write it back to Salesforce?I am grateful for any hint! Greetings,Tom​​​​​​​

Hello Docusign/Salesforce integration users, As I know, When the document is completed and signed by all signers, Docusign will writeback this document to the standard related lists “Files” or “Notes and Attachments” under the salesforce record. Can this feature be customized and Docusign writebacks the completed file to another custom object or this is not supported?  Thanks. 

In the case object we are having a  multipicklist , if we select multiple picklist values we need to capture those values and get saved in the docusign gen template with diferent values.   how to conigure for multipicklist values?  

Hi Everyone,I have created a envelope template in Docusign Setup on salesforce level and that template button added on the page layout level to send for signature. At the moment, when salesforce record comes to "Approved" stage then user clicks on "Send for signature" button to send the user for signature.I'm trying to automate this on salesforce when the record becomes Approved, then after 1 hour document should be sent for signature automatically with out manual click. Can you please suggest.Thank you!

We switched from other integration for sending documents for signing to Docusign recently in Salesforce not sure if it is possible the following request.As per our current experience, we send envelopes through Salesforce from multiple users, our expectation like in the other integration is the ability to get the email notifications when a customer review the document or signs it to the email sender, example. I send a document for sign though Docusign using Salesforce and I get the email notification that customer completed the envelope in an email, (example@docusign.com) my peer sends another document using the same integration and get the notification in the mail example@docusign.com, my manager sends another document with the same scenario and get the email notification in example@docusign.com. My question is, is it possible to get individual notifications to our personal company emails a

Hi, we have DocuSign in our Salesforce platform for generating documents.Some users receive the below error when trying to generate a document:"Insufficient "Read" access on field "Record ID" on object "Gen Auth Info"It seems to be a missing permission on that user on salesforce. Do you know which permission that could be? 

Hi, is it possible to have a Text Type Merge field be required if a Checkbox Merge Field is set by the Signer? I know this can be configured by the user by creating a condition when reviewing the Envelope prior to sending, but I’d like to have this condition automatically applied by the system when it is generated as users will not remember to perform the task. I do not see the option when configuring the merge field. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Note: We are currently using ‘Docusign Apps Launcher’ for Salesforce. 

We are using DocuSign integration with Salesforce with multiple pre-defined templates and signing orders. All our users are Senders. We want to prevent them from editing the envelope recipients in DocuSign after sending it from Salesforce - is it possible at all?
