Hello All,
I am super new to Docusign and I am a Salesforce Administrator. I have a new user to set up for a docusign generator. I have assigned them all the permissions in SF and created an account for them in docusign. They stated they received the email and activated the account, which is true since I see the status as “active” on their profile.
However, they are still receiving this error code-

Am I missing a step? Not sure where else to go or what to do. I de-activated the account and will try again today. Any insight would be appreciated.
