+1Can you advise if its possible to have different sender of DocuSign in Salesforce?
For example when the DocuSign triggered from:
Account, then the sender would be Account@Sender.com
Contact, then the sender would be Contact@Sender.com
I appreciate any input/advice.

Are you using Docusign Apps Launcher or the Legacy version Docusign for Salesforce?
If you are using the legacy version there is an option called "Send on Behalf of" that could be of your interest, however, what you are looking for specifically (changing the sender depending of where they are sending from) is not possible: Send on Behalf of for Salesforce
