Have you tried to follow these steps: Salesforce administrators need to refresh the user's consent flow by removing and revoking access, then adding the affected users as Docusign Apps Launcher users again. If the issue persists, the impacted user can log into Salesforce, go to the Docusign App Launcher, select the Docusign envelope template tab, and trigger the authorization process by selecting "new". Docusign Apps Launcher error: You have not granted or have revoked your consent to be impersonated by Docusign Apps Launcher
