I need help figuring out how to report on DocuSign Status within Salesforce and filter by the DocuSign template used. Is there a way to do that with a Salesforce custom report? I can’t figure out how to relate the different custom objects created by DocuSign to do this.

The Salesforce reporting tools are unfortunately out of scope for DocuSign support. I wouldn't be able to advise you on the actual tools themselves and how they interact with DocuSign. I recommend you reach out to the Salesforce Support team directly.
