You can update your Envelope Template’s configuration in DocuSign Apps Launcher>eSignature>Docusign Envelope Templates>Actions dropdown next to the template to edit>Edit. Once there you can update the record or field used in your by default for your recipient, during the Add Recipients step of the Envelope Template creation process.
