When using the DocuSign Apps Launcher in Salesforce, I’m unable to see anything related to CLM despite having downloaded the CLM app through the app exchange. I can see various CLM components and permission sets through the managed package, but I can’t see a CLM app, or a config page through DocuSign setup. I can only see eSignature and DocuSign Gen. Any suggestions on how I can remedy this issue?
Thank you!

Hello @jett987
Welcome to the DocuSign Community!
In salesforce “App Launcher” got to the “visit AppExchange” and there you will find “DocuSign CLM Streamlined CLM” from there you will get it and install it.
and then you will log in and asked to install the DocuSign app launcher.
Thanks for the response @Pawan Gangwani!
Yes, I have already completed that. The issue is that even after installing the “DocuSign CLM Streamlined CLM” app, the DocuSign app launcher doesn’t have CLM. It just lists eSignature and Document Generation, which we’ve previously been using.

Oky so after installing you need to verify that “DAL” is installed. You check under Steup>Installed Packages.
After that you need to connect the DocuSign CLM account to Salesforce from DAL “DocuSign Setup”
And also, you try to upgrade the “DAL” but first connect the SF and DS CLM.
Thanks!

Yes, those steps have been completed as well. I had no problems authenticating through DAL DocuSign Setup, the issue is still that after authentication, DocuSign CLM isn’t appearing. I have also tried using the troubleshooting VFP to “refresh the products”.

@jett987 Like if you tell me or show me, how you are expecting the “CLM” should appear in salesforce.

@Pawan Gangwani I’m expecting either this:
or something similar to where I can configure CLM.
One more thing is, you are connecting the demo or prod account?
