How to create a custom docusign button with template and recipient (Lightning)

Hey guys,I would like to create a custom docusign button that populate automatically a docusign template (always the same) and the recipient (contact email).Is it possible to have a sample with those information ? i found the docu sign sample but there's too much variables. Then, i would like to use this button on lightningThanks in advance for your Help.Wissam
