bounced out of rooms

When I sign onto rooms, the page flashes on the screen and then bounces to the transaction side.  I need to work in rooms.  

I have been advised to clear cache which does work, for a few days and then it bounces again

I apologize for any inconvenience you're having with Rooms, and I'll be more than happy to assist you with it.

 

Can you please let us know if this is only happening with Rooms or also when you try to log in to your Docusign account?

You mentioned that you have already tried clearing the cache and cookies, but the issue persists.

Can you please try the following as well?

 - Use a different browser.

 - Try a different device.
 - Use a different network connection, and if you are connected to a VPN network, please disconnect it and try.
 - Verify that your browser is under the latest version, has cookies enabled, and allows third-party cookies.

Let us know if this resolves the issue or if it persists.

Well, I thought my problem had resolved itself but it has come back.  Could someone help me?  

This seems to be a continuing problem.
