How do I find out if I have a second docusign account with another email address?

My brokerage is trying to set me up on Docusign rooms with my work account and when they try it shows that there is an error and that I already have an account. However my actual account is my personal and private email address that is the one that shows up in my current and functional docusign account. Thoughts?

I understand you would like to know how to find out if you have a second Docusign account with another email address.

 

You can log in Docusign using other email addresses you have. You can also try resetting the password (Article: How do I reset my Docusign password? ). if none of those helps you locate the other account,  the best is to create a case so a Docusign expert can take a closer look at the issue. 

 

To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
