After using Docusign for years I had to terminate due to cost reduction measures within my company.  The subscription renewed on 8/19/24. I contacted Docusign support on 8/19/24 and requested the account be closed and issue a refund. 

The online video about canceling the account and issuing a refund stated exactly how to accomplish this and I followed the instructions step by step. 

I received a note from support and was told I could not get a refund and that in order to cancel for next year I need to contract docusign 10 days prior to the renewal in 2025. In Virginia we have a 3 day right of rescission on any contract and would like a full refund of the amount paid. 

After researching this question about refunds online it seems like this company is having alot of issues with this policy and will lose market share because of it.

I will not recommend docusign to anyone and will spread the work about how customer oriented this company is not.
