DocuSign Rooms Trial Expired – How Can I Retrieve My Documents?

My trial account for DocuSign Rooms expired, and I need access to documents that were stored there. Please help.

Hey ​@kateentea,

Thank you for the information. So you cannot switch from eSignature to Docusign rooms, as stated in the article: Switch Between eSignature and Rooms. Have you tried resetting your Docusign Rooms password? See instructions here for multiple accounts: How do I reset my Docusign password?

I would also suggest contacting the Docusign Rooms Administrator who added you as a member of that account to check your status, whether active or closed.

To assist you effectively, could you please provide more details about the expiration of the Docusign Rooms trial account? Specifically, could you describe step-by-step what actions you took before the issue appeared? If you encounter any error message when trying to access Rooms, please share them with us. If you have a screenshot that could help illustrate the problem (without any Personally Identifiable Information), that would be greatly appreciated. Hi Melanie,

 

Thanks for replying. When trying to log in to DocuSign rooms, it’s not doing anything. It goes back to the log-in page. When I tried logging in to DocuSign e-Signature, it let’s me in and that’s when I see a red message that says trial expired
