Empty Dashboard for only some users

Within our organization, we’re hearing from many users that their dashboard is showing empty, while they have been copied to sign, or CCd on envelopes. I have compared user setups between those that do see envelopes in their dashboard and those that can’t, and there is no clear difference in how each of them are set up.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign community! I understand it is inconvenient for your team to experience empty dashboards when expecting shared envelopes, and we appreciate your troubleshooting efforts.

To help us determine whether this is a dashboard display glitch or an envelope delivery issue, could you clarify a quick detail?

Would you be able to let us know if they haven't completely received the envelope, or if it is only the Quick Views/dashboard that displays 0 Envelopes?
 


The way to check it is for your users to go to the Agreements tab and locate the envelope from their inbox.

If the envelope wasn't received by these users completely, please send us the sample Envelope ID and the email address of the affected user via Private Message (PM)

How to locate an Envelope ID?

This information will allow us to investigate the envelope's history internally.
