Is it possibe to disable the Separate PDFs for users?

At this time, we are not aware of a setting that allows administrators to disable or remove the "Separate PDFs" download option from the standard Docusign user interface after an envelope has been completed.
What are you trying to accomplish by removing this option? We'll be able to understand your use case, so we can determine whether another setting or workflow can achieve the result you're looking for.
