template role error

The error you encountered is typically not related to the email address. It usually means one of the recipient roles in the template is missing a valid Role Name, or the role name doesn't match when the template is used.
Please verify the following:

•  Every recipient in the template has a Role Name (it cannot be blank).
•  The Role Name matches exactly when assigning recipients (if using the API or a sending integration).
•  There are no unused or incomplete recipient roles in the template.

Hi - I’m doing it from the mobile app directly. Both roles have a name. And there are no unused roles in the template. 
 

I’m not sure what else it could be?
