Hi Everyone, I have an issue with the docusign email I am received for signature.I can only access them once. If I do not sign it right away and had to re-open the email later on, it just all greyed out. I do not have access to the link anymore.Is there any solution to this issue?

We have the Docusign Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement integration installed. When working with both the Quote and Order table, we have a custom Contact field that we use. We would like the value in this field to be a choice for the Docusign recipient. Is there any way to configure our custom field as a recipient for Docusign?

On power automate flows, can I add placeholder values to the tabs the user has to fill in?

Hi, I integrated Docusign with SharePoint on a site and then added the application on the subsite, when I get the signature from the subsite, I authenticate to Docusign but then it doesn't load the documents for the signature, this doesn't happen on the site, only on the subsite.  Is there any additional configuration to do on the SharePoint subsite?thank you

I’ve recently setup DocuSign for SharePoint on a site and turned on the option to “copy metadata”.  I have noticed that when the document is signed the metadata is not being copied.  What am I doing wrong?  I assumed that copy metadata meant that any custom columns in the library that contain metadata on the document would be filled in on the signed version of the document too?  I have the option to Store as a new document on.

We want to automate job contract managment with docugen document and using power automate to populate infos from Microsoft Dynamics.Everything work fine except for a rich text fied that contain all the job description in html format. For this field Docugen return "DocGen creation failed.  One or more validation errors occurred."how to format properly the data that are send to this field to keep the formated tet ?

Hoping someone can help us here… we have a Power Automate flow that updates Prefill tabs on a template in DocuSign from a SharePoint list. All of the Prefill tab fields are set to Times New Roman Font, Black, Size 12. When the envelope is sent, it changes the font of the data in the tabs. I tried to set the font in the workflow but it didn’t work. Has anyone else experienced this? 

I would like to be able to print a blank form from mt forms library.

Currently I am using DocuSign Demo(Preview) connector to achieve the pdf Sign functionality. If I use DocuSign Demo connector, I won’t get the Production connection reference in the Account and vice versa, if I use DocuSign main connector, I won’t get the Demo connection reference in the Account. Is there any possibility that can I use DocuSign Main connector with Demo Connection References. Below are the two images, one is DocuSign Demo(Preview) Connector and DocuSign main connector.Anyone please help here, Is there any possibilities? Thank youIbrahim SK

Hi,I have a multi step form in power pages with docusign integrated having a simple template of Signature, Name and phone. All was fine until the Signature field in Dataverse was text to save the data. But i want to save the signature as a file so i created another column and mapped the template signature to dataverse file column. This is causing the whole thing to fail with below error in power automate flow. The error doesnt seem relevant to this change and nothing else was modified. Any reasons? The email address for the recipient is invalid. The recipient Id follows.

I’ve recently installed DocuSign for SharePoint and started using this today in our SharePoint Online library.  Everything seemed to be working well but I’ve just noticed that completed documents appear to be getting duplicated (three or more times) and are placed in the “DocuSign Documents” folder.  Every duplicated signed document says modified by “SharePoint App” and has a number appended at the end of the filename.What could be causing this, I can’t see anything in the settings that would be causing this issue.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I am going to use Docusign for signature on the documents which are stored in SharePoint sites. for this I am going to use Power Automate where it allows to use Docusign actions/connections to perform the task of getting documents signed. My Question is:If I use Docusign with Power Automate then will my documents which are saved in SharePoint site will go outside SharePoint site to get them signed.I am trying to address a security concern of my IT team and they do not want any document to leave SharePoint site for getting them signed by using Docusign.

Recently all of my templates have disappeared when attempting to add as attachment in Microsoft Teams Approvals. They were there recently when I last looked at the project, but now they are missing.My templates are still available within Docusign, and my Docusign account is signed in through the Teams Approvals app. I can see past signature requests that I have sent or signed. I have tried signing out of Docusign within Teams and back in, with no change. 

I want to modify the completion email through the xml resources. But this XML is huge around 19000 lines. Which line should I modify? I am using power automate but I think this is irrelevant.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing an issue with the DocuSign integration in SharePoint. When I try to start the “Get Signatures with DocuSign” process, I can log in, but the document doesn’t load into SharePoint.I’ve already cleared my cache and history, but I’m still having trouble. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi , I am trying integrate the DocuSign in SharePoint library. i have install the app now but not working when try to send for signature. 

When setting up a flow in Power Automate using the "When an envelope status changes" trigger for DocuSign, I'm encountering a problem. Despite signing in with my specific user account credentials (instead of the enterprise admin account), Power Automate defaults to or shows the enterprise admin account. I need the flow to recognize and operate under my specific user account, but it keeps associating with the enterprise admin account instead.

We are sending documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365 using DocuSignOnce a DocuSign sent contract is signed and is auto added to the quote, the document name changes to a system generated name. This will make it difficult to manage contract documents. How to retain the original document name?
