+1Hi, I integrated Docusign with SharePoint on a site and then added the application on the subsite, when I get the signature from the subsite, I authenticate to Docusign but then it doesn't load the documents for the signature, this doesn't happen on the site, only on the subsite.
Is there any additional configuration to do on the SharePoint subsite?

Does this happen it you try to open the page in an Incognito/Private window? Was this working before?

+2We had a similar issue and found the the volume of templates is we think the cause, but haven’t confirmed with docusign.
