Hoping someone can help us here… we have a Power Automate flow that updates Prefill tabs on a template in DocuSign from a SharePoint list. All of the Prefill tab fields are set to Times New Roman Font, Black, Size 12. When the envelope is sent, it changes the font of the data in the tabs. I tried to set the font in the workflow but it didn’t work. Has anyone else experienced this?
Hello
Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.
Is this happening regardless of the font that is being used? Would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of this issue?

Thank you for your response. All of our font is set to Times New Roman in the template, prefill tabs and in the workflow. You can see in the screenshot
In addition, it looks like 2 tabs are getting placed, often on top of or right next to one another. This is not visible in the mobile view but is available in the browser view. It is also visible to the recipients when signing but not once the envelope has been completed. Please see screenshot.
