Please share more details on your use case. What are you referring to as “print a blank form”? Are you looking to send a blank document stored in Microsoft Teams for signature?

If that is the case, you could try sending the document as part of a message, and then using the “Send with Docusign” action from the message’s three dots menu, located at its top right corner. You can find detailed steps on this process, here:
