Are you trying to add documents after a signature was applied?
That error usually indicates that the file is password protected, already signed, corrupted or has a bad format
Also, can you ensure that the document is base64?

I am adding multiple files to SharePoint. One of the files is for DocuSign, while the other PDF files are for review purposes. We are trying to upload a .doc format with the anchors for signatures and add some pdf files to the envelope that do not need a signature but holds important information for the approvers.
I am not adding documents after they are signed.
The PDF file is not password-protected, signed, corrupted, or in a bad format.
The document is in Base64 format.
However, I am encountering a "PDF validation failure" error when attempting to "Add documents to an envelope" in DocuSign. Could you please help me identify the possible reasons for this error?
