sharepoint sites using docusign

Hi Nathaly - I would like to get a list of SharePoint sites that have DocuSign within SharePoint? Or which ever SharePoint site are having DocuSign installed as a an app. Basically site, site collection, or subsite.

This will help me to know the site  which I need to do the DocuSign connector upgrade
