Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope.  I have created the following flow to accomplish this:   The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. So, it seems like the template was not applied to the added document.  Is there a way to apply the template to the added document such that it has all the fields for the recipient. At the same time the sample document in the template should be removed and replaced by the added document.  Thanks in advance.  

What I’ve Built So Far:I have a form in my model-driven app that HR fills out after an interview if they plan to send an offer letter. The form contains the following fields: Candidate Name Start Date Offered Salary Signed Return By Date Position Date of Letter These fields match the placeholders in multiple offer letter templates stored in DocuSign. The correct template should be selected based on the job position.What I Want to Automate:When HR submits the form, Power Automate should: Identify the correct offer letter template based on the position. Populate the template with the candidate's details from Dataverse. Send the offer letter for e-signature using DocuSign. Once the letter is sent, update the "Send Offer Letter" column in Dataverse to "Completed 

I am sending envelope for signature through PowerAutomate. By default signature size is 100%. How to increase the size of signature to 150% through Powerautomate. As I checked I didnt get any option to increase the size in Power automate.

I am experiencing unexpected behavior when using the List Envelopes action in Power Automate with specific subject filters.There are 400+ envelopes with the subject "ABC DEF - IJ", and the user has full access to all envelopes. When filtering with subject = "ABC", the action returns only 13 records and sets hasMoreRecords = false. When filtering with subject = "DEF", it returns only 14 records and hasMoreRecords = false. The skip parameter does not work as expected, and I still receive only the top 13 records.However, when filtering for envelopes with subject = "XYZ" and using top = 50, the action correctly returns 50 records and hasMoreRecords = true, which is expected.The user is on a Business Pro plan with full access to all envelopes. Given these inconsistencies, I would like to understand:Why does filtering by "ABC" or "DEF" return only a limited number of records despite more envelopes existing? Hi All,I am new to docusign and I am just responsible for the end user support for my company.Our docusign admin states that user configuration is correctly done but user is still receiving the below message every time he tries to sign an email attachment. He mentioned user needs local admin rights which I tried without success.Do you know what could be the reason?  Thanks 

hii have a document pdf uploaded thru microsoft forms then gets saved on sharepoint and then goes to docusign. i am stuck at tabs, i want to allow the singature to be placed choice of signator. i choose signature for tab type what else i need? flow is stuck here.

Dear all, I made a power automate flow who create a envelope in docusign.When a user create a contract in dataverse/dynamics 365 CE an envelope is created in docusign.The sender of the envelope is now the owner of the connection in power automate. Is it possible to change the sender in to the person who triggers the flow? Gr Ronald  

I’m using Power Automate to build an automated signing process.I need a flow to run when someone signs a document. I cannot find a way to trigger this.I've tried envelope-sent and others but nothing happens.It’s frustrating I can't find documentation to describe this process which I would've though is a common scenario.

Hi everyone,I've created a Power Automate flow that triggers when a contract is generated. It then creates a DocuSign envelope, retrieves the document from SharePoint, and adds it to the envelope.The flow runs under a service account, like all our flows. However, the envelope stays in draft under the service account, making it unusable.How can I automatically change the sender to a specific user within the flow (without manual intervention)?Thanks in advance!

Hi!We have a PowerAutomate flow configured to create an envelope and add custom tabs. We then have another flow triggered when the envelopes are completed to pick up the returned data to push back into dataverse. When using the action ‘get document tabs from envelope’ the tabs that are checkboxes do not return a value. Hi Team, We have currently setup Docusign integration via Dynamics 365 for our client, However we are facing challenges in the below two scenarios and any guidance on the same would be appreciated. There is a Dynamics 365 workflow that we have configured to create an envelope, add sharepoint document to the envelope, add recipients to the envelope with signing order and role. However we are looking for automating the system to update a D365 record when the first recipient signs and then when the second recipient signs. However as per our observation the Docusign transaction envelope status changes to Sent when the email is sent to the first recipient and changes to completed only when second recipient signs. Is there a way to identify if first recipient has signed the document by workflow? We did see that there is a Get recipient status action for power automate, however we are just going simple docusign workflow automation with this one. The saving of document is happening with Email

The file size limit in eSignature being 25MB really limits the use of PA in such cases.

I have a power automate flow that is triggered when a docusign envelope is signed. The flow extracts the information and signed pdf, then saves to a sharepoint library.  Is it possible to separately retrieve attachments that the signer has uploaded? i.e. not one long pdf but individual files? 

We have a fairly simple Power Automate flow that creates an envelope, adds documents and then sends to Docusign. We can get this flow to repeat multiple times without any issues when testing.But after a period of time (I can’t say exactly when as we don’t run the flow often enough) the account we are using with Power Automate loses connection with Docusign, this causes the flow to fail.I’m not sure if we are missing something really obvious regarding the way we authorising and logging into Docusign.

Is there a way to retrieve the template id or any template info when dealing with a completed document in Power Automate? I am looking to retrieve this info to then filter the documents into specific folders when uploading to SharePoint.

I am using Power Automate to create a DocuSign flow with multiple recipients in one envelope.I want to detect when each recipient has signed, so that I can update SharePoint when they sign.I can detect completion using the triggers provided by Power Automate, but I can't find a trigger for a sign.If there's any way to do this, please let me know.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I am using the Docusign Word add-in to create templates for contracts. These contracts require that all dates be written out in full, like "January 14, 2025."My team has asked if it's possible to set up date fields that allow users to select a date from a little calendar picker but have the selected date automatically appear in the document in the written-out format.Does anyone know if this functionality is possible within Docusign, or have suggestions for a workaround? Hello. I created power automate, using Docusign action. I have tested some runs and looks like if the recipients are registered Docusign users, they have no problem of receiving documents but it won’t send to the recipients who are not registered to Docusign. (People who do not have license.)Has someone experienced this problem? If so, is there any solution? Thank you!

when using power automate to create a docusign envelope, the envelope gets created and saved to my drafts folder- if our account has sharing enabled, how do I change the status of envelope to shared from draft within the workflow?  I don’t want to automatically send the envelope out for signing without manual/human review.  I am still in the process of adding anchor tags to all my template docs, so the fields still need to be manually created for the recipients prior to sending.
