Hi Team,  I am trying to create an envelope. i have added a pdf document to the envelope[pdf is generated from the word document] and recipient. then i try to add the anchor tab to the same for signature. the anchor tab string is present as a placeholder text on document. however it says anchor tab missing. is there any setup of anchor tab that i may have done wrong. 

I am using Power Automate to retrieve fields from a completed document; however, all the “radio group" fields are missing “tabLabel” and “tabId” information. Please advise.

Background: Now we are using Azure AD ID username@old-domain-name.com as Single Sign On to login DocuSign. And in near future, we will switch to username@new-domain-name.com. (same user ID, but different domain name). The email change will be done within Microsoft 365. Requirements & Questions: To ensure the smooth transition for the domain name change, what should we do in DocuSign? Could you please help me to understand what we should do/change at DocuSign side? A few things in my minds, but please help to list what else is required but I may miss.-         The user will use the user ID with new domain name, and same user name, to login DocuSign as usual. And we need to ensure the users can still be able to view their historical envelopes that they submitted/approved. This is CRITICAL..-         From admin side, what we should do? I have created action in Dynamic 365 with Get Signatures step. I published that action and it is working fine. When I created one more action with Get Signature step and published. My first action is no longer visible under DocuSign options on record in Dynamics (print screens below). Any suggestions with this issue?Only one action published:Both actions published: 

I’m having issues integrating docusign into my power pages test environment.I was trying the developer account, followed the setup, but can’t enable the e-signature.Am I missing something?Would be grateful if anyone could help :)​​​​

My document has a radio button with four choices.  The signer clicks one of the radio buttons and signs the letter.  That works fine.  I then run Power Automate to save the signed letter in a Shaerpoint folder.  That works fine.  I have another Power Automate flow that reads information from the envelope and creates a record in a Sharepoint list.  This works fine as well.The only thing I can’t do is read values from the fields in the signed document.  I need to add the radio button value to the Sharepoint list together with the other envelope data.  Any ideas?

I am busy building a Power Automate flow with a demo connector and have fioudn that there are NO TEMPLATES in the demo environment to reference. I also have no abilty to create a template in the demo environment. Here is a snipped of the flow I am building as a POC.  List Templates return ZERO templates in the Demo Environment which means Step 2. Create envelope using template then fails as the template Id which is required for the step to execute is NULL. The quesiton is: How do I create/access templates in teh demo environmt?

Hello, I am trying to get the response of each of my recipients whenever they are signed. At the moment using the Power automate connector we could only receive the response once the envelope is completed. I tried using recipient-signed as custom value but no luck.  Is there a way to get the recipient response using the PA connector ? If yes how is it possible to do it ? Thanks

Hi,  this has been working up until the beginning of February, for the last 2 years or so. When a user in sharepoint selects a document to sign using docusign, they sign it, a Docusign folder is created and a copy of the signed document is stored in there.This process no longer works. The folder is no longer generated and the copy of document is no longer saved in Sharepoint?Any ideas?

The Docusign email should be sent from the business user’s name/email address.Currently Docusign email domain(*****@docusign.net) is sending notification emails to User. This can be updated by creating a custom domain with specific email address. Once custom domain is configured, emails would be sent through custom domain email address. Specfic Requirement :Is it possible to send Docusign email with the user who initiates docusign from Dynamics 365 crm. The power automate connectors have Account value to fill which expects Docusign Account details and CRM User details cannot be filled there. Emails must be send with the business user email id instead of docusign domain or custom domain.

I previously asked a question about the Pre-fill Tools fields and how to populate them using docusign. Hi,We have been using Docusign with Dynamics 365 Sales for a number of years. We had not upgraded from version 6 and recently attempted to upgrade to the current version, which apparently cannot be done without uninstalling version 6 and re-installing to the current.  We have now done this many times and in the process No Docusign shortcuts are added to the sitemap.  I managed to manually add a URL directly to Docusign and the admin page was then accessible and I set-up the integration.  However, for reasons I do not understand, this was not enduring and the connection was once again lost and we cannot access in the same way (by manually adding the URL).  I have also attempted logging in through the Configuration page and have attempted to manually add configuration details into the Configuration table, but this has also been unsuccessful.   I have contacted support now multiple times and have no response to date.  Has anyone else suffered from this issue and found a re

I’m having an issue where the trigger “When envelope status changes” is not being fired. It seems this is because there’s no connection established between DocuSign and Power Automate. I understand that a connection needs to be set up, but I’m not sure whether this is based on webhooks or if there’s another way to get the trigger working. Any insights would be appreciated!Any links or tutorials on how to set up a webhook to connect DocuSign with the Microsoft Power Platform would be really helpful as well. Thanks in advance!

Good morning I hope all is well! Seeking some assistance with a DocuSign issue in our environment that is impacting all users who are using the classic desktop classic version of Outlook. Once they click on the DocuSign plugin in their outlook, it doesn’t grab the attachments in the email, so you had to manually add the attachments but when you do that and try to proceed with sign now, you are hit with an error and all it says it “Something Went Wrong” with no other context at all. Interestingly enough, if we have the users on “New Outlook” the DocuSign plugin does work but this opens up another can of worms as the experience in this “New Outlook” isn’t the greatest and is missing out on some key features that our end users to rely on with this being needed for Judges and Public Safety personnel. I do know that this year Microsoft is going to be retiring a number of services and i’m wondering if this could be a result one of those like Oauth?

Hi I am new to DocuSign. I am trying to create a flow in Power Automate which will create an envelope using an existing template and then it will add a document to this envelope while applying the template to the document. It will then add recipients and send out the envelope.  I have created the following flow to accomplish this:   The issue is that the above flow is unable to apply the template to the added document. The final result is that the added document is appended to the sample document that is already there in the template. The fields are there in the sample document however, the added document does not have any fields. I am sending envelope for signature through PowerAutomate. By default signature size is 100%. How to increase the size of signature to 150% through Powerautomate. As I checked I didnt get any option to increase the size in Power automate.

I am experiencing unexpected behavior when using the List Envelopes action in Power Automate with specific subject filters.There are 400+ envelopes with the subject "ABC DEF - IJ", and the user has full access to all envelopes. When filtering with subject = "ABC", the action returns only 13 records and sets hasMoreRecords = false. When filtering with subject = "DEF", it returns only 14 records and hasMoreRecords = false. The skip parameter does not work as expected, and I still receive only the top 13 records.However, when filtering for envelopes with subject = "XYZ" and using top = 50, the action correctly returns 50 records and hasMoreRecords = true, which is expected.The user

Hi All,I am new to docusign and I am just responsible for the end user support for my company.Our docusign admin states that user configuration is correctly done but user is still receiving the below message every time he tries to sign an email attachment. He mentioned user needs local admin rights which I tried without success.Do you know what could be the reason?  Thanks 

hii have a document pdf uploaded thru microsoft forms then gets saved on sharepoint and then goes to docusign. i am stuck at tabs, i want to allow the singature to be placed choice of signator. i choose signature for tab type what else i need? flow is stuck here.

Dear all, I made a power automate flow who create a envelope in docusign.When a user create a contract in dataverse/dynamics 365 CE an envelope is created in docusign.The sender of the envelope is now the owner of the connection in power automate. Is it possible to change the sender in to the person who triggers the flow? Gr Ronald  

I’m using Power Automate to build an automated signing process.I need a flow to run when someone signs a document. I cannot find a way to trigger this.I've tried envelope-sent and others but nothing happens.It’s frustrating I can't find documentation to describe this process which I would've though is a common scenario.
