We have been using Docusign with Dynamics 365 Sales for a number of years. We had not upgraded from version 6 and recently attempted to upgrade to the current version, which apparently cannot be done without uninstalling version 6 and re-installing to the current. We have now done this many times and in the process No Docusign shortcuts are added to the sitemap. I managed to manually add a URL directly to Docusign and the admin page was then accessible and I set-up the integration. However, for reasons I do not understand, this was not enduring and the connection was once again lost and we cannot access in the same way (by manually adding the URL). I have also attempted logging in through the Configuration page and have attempted to manually add configuration details into the Configuration table, but this has also been unsuccessful.
I have contacted support now multiple times and have no response to date. Has anyone else suffered from this issue and found a resolution?
