Docusign integration with Dynamics 365

Hi,

We have been using Docusign with Dynamics 365 Sales for a number of years. We had not upgraded from version 6 and recently attempted to upgrade to the current version, which apparently cannot be done without uninstalling version 6 and re-installing to the current.  We have now done this many times and in the process No Docusign shortcuts are added to the sitemap.  I managed to manually add a URL directly to Docusign and the admin page was then accessible and I set-up the integration.  However, for reasons I do not understand, this was not enduring and the connection was once again lost and we cannot access in the same way (by manually adding the URL).  I have also attempted logging in through the Configuration page and have attempted to manually add configuration details into the Configuration table, but this has also been unsuccessful.   
I have contacted support now multiple times and have no response to date.  Has anyone else suffered from this issue and found a resolution?

I understand your concern about the Dynamics 365 application and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. 

 

Upon further reviewing, I have identified that this is a known issue and we are tracking this as Bug: DYN-2915. Please be assured that our team is working diligently with Microsoft to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

 

For the time being, here's the workaround: You can go to the old settings UI and view the Docusign links by adding the suffix ?settingsonly=true#997408709 to the dynamics URL.
Below is the example URL:
https://gopicrm.crm.dynamics.com/main.aspx?settingsonly=true#997408709

Hi Melanie, thanks for replying to our problem.  I have been on leave so apologies for delay.  I will send case number shortly.

The above workaround is not successful.  The shortcuts are also not added to the old UI settings, I have tried in both the new and old.
